Gary has been appointed by the town of Hingham Massachusetts to serve on the local Massachusetts Cultural Council.

Gary Nisbet was one of 12 artist to be selected by Tom Douglas and Jackie Cross, of Dahlia Lounge, to create a piece for the 20th Anniversary Dahlia Lounge 2010 recipe calendar.
